Monsieur Kiki and Staff
Kikis Bistro
900 N. Franklin Street
Chicago, IL 60610
Dear Monsieur Kiki,
We had the pleasure of dining at your restaurant Tuesday, January 18th. From the moment we stepped out of the cold and snowy Chicago night to the time we reluctantly took our leave it was a wonderful experience.
Every detail from the cloakroom to the assistance with the cab was executed with great finesse and sensitivity. The meals crowned the evening. The food was beautifully prepared, presented in a most eye-appealing manner and pleased the most demanding of our palates. James presided over our dining experience with great panache, skill, and caring.
The capstone f our experience came at the conclusion of the evening when you, having heard that our grand-daughter is nicknamed Kiki, came into the teeth of Chicagos winter to bring us a Kiki beret just as we were embarking into our cab. We were deeply touched and I can assure you that Kiki and her family shall remember all of you and the wonderful place you have created and shall return on each visit to Chicago.
May Kikis Bistro and Monsieur Kiki thrive for many years to come. You are truly a precious landmark in a city that is so rich in special locales. We shall advise all of our friends that they have not experienced the real Chicago if they have not shared an evening with you.
With Our Sincere Appreciation and Great Admiration,
Ted and Barbara Chase
